Hut Weekend Summer 2026

What a weekend! August is the perfect month for a fun and cosy retreat to a remote hut full of events. Take a look at some of the highlights this year.

Presentation Skill Workshop

The focus of this workshop was on confidence building for presentations. Being a comfortable presenter is an important foundation for putting your audience at ease and therefore getting your message across. A mandatory skill for any volunteering or professional role.

Exploring Heidelberg Region

We love Europe and we love Heidelberg! Exploration is part of each AEGEEan's DNA. Together we explored the region around Schlierbach, which culminated on top of the Königsstuhl with a beautiful view. It was great to have so many motivated hikers among us, and many inspiring conversations.

Cosy Get-Together

In AEGEE things often happen at a high pace. The Hut Weekend is a great opportunity to slow down, take a step back and just enjoy the great community all of us built over the years. Thank you for such an amazing time.

Personally, I can't wait for the next hut weekend. Luckily, it's not too far off, and hopefully then with even more like-spirited AEGEEans!
