What kinds of activities do we typically do?

Last month we had a discussion about “How does the climate change affects my mental health?”, where we watched a TedTalk and discussed afterwards. We got to know new perspectives and learned how to be aware of our own mental health. Such an interesting and good talk!

One highlight of the summer was definitely the Wieblinger Neckarwiese, where we ignored the cold weather, went swimming and diving. In the end we felt very cold and exhausted, but also happy. So after freezing a lot, we decided to have contrast program the following week…

So the next Sunday evening we met in the garden of one of our members, drank Hot Wine and prepared Stockbrot (“stickbread”) and marshmallows over a campfire. Especially for some of our non-German members, who made Stockbrot for the first time in their lives, that was very exiting. We enjoyed sharing German culture and feeling cozy and warm. What a nice beginning of Autumn!

While it was raining and stormy outside, we filled our stomachs with Flammkuchen trying 14 (!) different ones. Yumm!
